Hosted website

Don’t have a website? Quincer builds one for you. Answer a short interview about your business and the AI designs a complete single‑page site — hosted by Quincer, with your AI assistant embedded and already trained on your answers. Available for real estate agents and for other local businesses — pick yours on the first step.

How it works

  1. Choose “Build me a website” during onboarding (next to “On my website” and “Social channels only”), then pick your business type — Real estate or Other business.
  2. Answer the interview — what you do, the areas you serve, photos, and how you want visitors to reach you. Every answer does double duty: it writes your page and teaches your AI assistant how to answer visitors.
  3. Review the AI’s design section by section — it picks the sections and writes the copy from your answers (it never invents credentials or stats). Approve each section as-is, skip it, or ask for a rewrite of just that section — “shorter”, “warmer”, “mention the free consultation”.
  4. Publish — your site goes live on its own address, which you choose during setup. Publishing is part of the Website + Widget plan; building and previewing your draft is free.
How do visitors reach your business?
On my website
Paste your address — we scan it and embed the assistant.
Build me a website
No site yet? We’ll design and host a single-page site for you.
Real estate
Social channels only
Answer Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp — no site needed.

The onboarding path picker — choose Build me a website next to On my website and Social channels only.

Choosing Build me a website starts a short interview. Each question writes part of your page and teaches your assistant — on the real‑estate path the headshot is required, and license and brokerage are asked up front because real‑estate advertising rules require them on your page:

If you choose “Other business”

The interview adapts to your business instead of following a fixed script:

  1. Your names — the name customers know (your “doing business as” name) and, if different, your full corporate name for the footer.
  2. Tell us what you do — in your own words. If it’s easier, upload a brochure or document (PDF, Markdown, or text) and we’ll pull the facts out of it.
  3. Point at a business like yours (optional) — paste a similar business’s website URL. We never copy their content; we only note the types of information they cover (services, pricing, hours, FAQs…) and use that to suggest what your site should include.
  4. Pick what your site should cover — a checklist of information types (services, your story, service areas, hours & contact, FAQs, testimonials, photos). The interview then asks only about the ones you picked, and the AI builds only those sections.
  5. Logo and photos — your logo, a hero photo, and up to 8 more photos you have the rights to use.

The AI interview — each answer both writes your page and seeds your assistant’s knowledge base.

Try the chat bubble on your preview — your assistant already answers questions like “what areas do you serve?” from the interview, before the site is even published.

When you publish, the AI’s design goes live at its own address — {your-slug}.quincer.site — with your assistant in the corner. On real‑estate sites your license and brokerage print in the footer; on other business sites your corporate name (if you gave one) shows there instead:

Editing your site

Once your site exists, a Website section appears in the dashboard sidebar with everything in one place:

Your assistant knows your site

There’s no website to crawl, so Quincer feeds your assistant directly: interview answers become question‑and‑answer knowledge (look for them in Knowledge base), and each publish re‑imports the page itself. You can add more the usual ways too — upload PDFs (listing sheets, buyer guides) or add manual Q&A in the Knowledge section.

Leads from your site

Visitors can reach you two ways: through the chat assistant (which captures and scores leads like on any Quincer widget) and through the site’s contact form. Both land in your Leads dashboard, with your usual email and Slack/Teams notifications.

Plans & publishing

Building, previewing, and editing a draft is free. Publishing — making the site live on its address — is part of the Website + Widget plan, which bundles the hosted site with the AI assistant, lead capture, and an integration. If you cancel, your site stops being served but your draft and content are kept.

Using your own domain

Once your site is published, you can serve it on your own domain (like www.yourname.com) instead of — or alongside — its .quincer.site address:

  1. Go to Website → Publish and enter your hostname under Custom domain (a subdomain like www.yourname.com — apex/root domains can’t point a CNAME; use the www form, or ask your DNS provider about ALIAS/ANAME and contact us).
  2. Create a CNAME record at your DNS provider: www.yourname.com{your-slug}.quincer.site.
  3. Click Verify. DNS changes can take a while to propagate — we re-check automatically, and the status moves from Pending DNS to Verified when it lands. The certificate is handled for you.

Once verified, your site answers on the custom domain (that becomes its canonical address for search engines) and on its .quincer.site address. Publishes update both. Remove the domain any time from the same place.
